Historically, available diesel engine options that have a suitable power output for replacing the anemic Toyota 1FZ-FE engines have been non-existent. Many either dont have enough power, or they are far too heavy and bulky for the chassis. The DT630 is absolutely perfect for repowering early Landcruisers plagued with the sluggish performance and poor fuel economy of the 1FZ engines.

Named after the RA630 VM Motori 3.0 V6 Common-Rail Turbo diesel engine, the DT630 enjoys buttery smooth performance, gobs of low-end torque,
and best of all comes backed by a 2 year UNLIMITED MILEAGE WARRANTY through MOPAR. This means for the first time, brand new complete powertrains are being installed in customer vehicles.
CUTTING-EDGE ECU TUNING
From immobilizer removal to custom fuel maps suited for the Landcruiser platform, we have spent 2+ years in development programming the DT630. The results are an unparalleled level of control over the EDC17 ECU including fuel maps, emissions maps, DTC maps, and transmission maps.

DEVELOPMENT
A monumental amount of research and development went into our Landcruiser DT-630 conversion packages. We started off by 3D laser scanning all available parts and inputting them into CAD. We then crafted precision-made parts all done in-house for exact fitment without compromise. The results are simply stunning!
